We partnered with ER Recruitment to mark a major milestone, their 10-year anniversary, with a refreshed brand identity and improved digital presence that would resonate with both clients and candidates now and into the next 10 years.
Our goal was to refine their positioning, making their brand instantly recognisable, accessible, and reflective of their values. We began with a detailed brand audit, working closely with the ER Recruitment team to uncover their unique strengths and define a clear creative direction.
The result was a full-scale brand refresh. From Visual Identity to a complete website rebuild with improved UI and UX, plus an updated social media presence. Every touchpoint was designed to communicate ER Recruitment’s experience, credibility, and personality, ensuring they move into their second decade with a distinctive and future-focused brand presence.
