We were asked to organise a one-day conference for a major UK food brand. The event was to cater for 80-90 delegates, and deliver a motivational experience built around formal presentations and interactive break-out sessions.
Having selected a suitable UK venue, we explored several creative options with the client before deciding on a “Hollywood” theme. We then planned and designed the room, along with a range of accompanying communications materials.
Our event management package covered every aspect, from complete AV support to the hiring of a live band for the evening’s gala dinner. Our video crew recorded the proceedings throughout the day, editing sequences on-site ready for presentation before the conference closed.
